Mr. Johansen has expertise in quantitative analysis, project management, enterprise risk management, energy engineering and financial modeling, which he applies in support of 20/20's client engagements. Mr. Johansen has more than 10 years of experience as a nuclear engineer for Department of Energy contractors and in the commercial nuclear power industry.

Before joining 20/20, Mr. Johansen was a nuclear engineer at Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory near Pittsburgh, PA. While at Bettis, Mr. Johansen analyzed nuclear reactor system performance in support of Nimitz class aircraft carrier operations, and he analyzed a new core designed for the Navy's prototype training reactor near Albany, NY.

Mr. Johansen's career experiences also include nuclear detector technology development at Los Alamos National Laboratory, reliability engineering and analytics at commercial facilities, and enterprise risk management.

Mr. Johansen holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering (Summa cum Laude) from the University of Tennessee and a MS in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he attended on fellowship from the Department of Energy. Mr. Johansen has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.

Mr. Johansen enjoys baseball, reading, and supporting the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh. Mr. Johansen lives in Franklin Park, PA, with his wife, Christina, and their two sons, Wyatt and Cooper.
